Intel Atom CPU board with up to four Gigabit Ethernet ports, VGA graphics interface and opt. XMC slot. ADLINK's cPCI-3630 3U 4/8HP CompactPCI CPU board with an Quad Core 1.6 GHz Intel Atom x7-E3950 or a Dual Core 1.3 GHz Intel Atom x5-E3930 has up to 8 GB DDR3L-1600 MHz soldered SDRAM .

The cPCI-3630 offers up to four Gigabit Ethernet ports, up to three USB ports, one VGA port, up to two RS-232 ports and a 32GB SSD. Opt. one SATA port for a 2.5" HDD/SSD, one PS2 mouse/keyboard port, up to two DisplayPorts, audio interfaces with line out and microphone input and one XMC site is available.

The cPCI-R3610(T) transition module has two Gigabit Ethernet ports, 2 RS-232 ports, one USB port, SATA port, and one VGA port.

The cPCI-3630 supports Windows 10 64bit, Yocto 2.0, Wind River VxWorks 7.0 and QNX 7.0.
