3U VPX CPU-Board with Intel Xeon W Processor, 100Gigabit Ethernet, XMC Slot and Graphics Interface

3U VPX CPU board with an 8-core 2.6 GHz Intel Xeon W-11865MRE processor or a 6-core 2.6 GHz Intel Xeon W-11555MRE processor and up to 32 GB DDR4 ECC SDRAM. The board has a boot flash memory.

The IC-INT-VPX3l CPU board offers one XMC slot, one 100Gigabit Ethernet port, up to 8 10Gigabit Ethernet ports, up to 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports, one Intel® Xe graphics engine with one video DisplayPort, one M.2 2242 SSD slot, one PCIe x4 port, up to 5 SATA ports, up to 2 serial RS-232/422 ports, one USB 3.0 port, 2 USB 2.0 ports and 4 GPIO ports. In addition, there is one front panel console port via mini USB and one serial maintenance port via P1.

The IC-INT-VPX3l is aligned with the SOSA (Sensor Open Systems Architecture) technical standard. The SOSA (Sensor Open Systems Architecture) consortium is a voluntary, consensus-based member consortium of the Open Group, a vendor-neutral technology standards organization that develops an open technical standard for sensors.

The board is available in six versions. There is a standard 0°C to 55°C version, -20°C to +65°C, -40°C to +75°C rugged, -40°C to +85°C rugged, -40°C to +71°C conduction-cooled and -40°C to +85°C conduction-cooled operating temperature ranges.
