IC-FEP-VPX6e 6HE VPX CPU Board with QorIQ, 2 Kintex Ultrascale/Virtex Ultrascale+ FPGAs and 2 FMC+ Slots

6U/4HP VPX CPU board with one QorIQ LS1046A processor, two Kintex UltraScale KU115 or two Virtex UltraScale+ VU5, VU7 or VU9P FPGAs and two VITA 57.4 FMC+ slots. A variety of these external I/O cards offer interfaces for analog and digital I/O signals. The LS1046A processor has four 1.8 GHz 64-bit Arm® Cortex A72 cores with 4 GB DDR4 ECC SDRAM, two 1Gbit QSPI flash memory, two 128 MB NOR flash memory, 32GB onboard SSD, eMMC and an optional SSD expansion slot (eUSB module). The two FPGAs each offer up to 8GB DDR4 RAM, QDRII SRAM and two 128 MB user flash memory. The FPGAs are connected to each other via 12 GTH lanes and 24 differential pairs for maximum data transfer rates. An Artix-7 FPGA controls the communication between the two Kintex/Virtex FPGAs and the processor.

The CPU board offers two 10Gigabit Ethernet 10GBASE-KR ports, 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 4 GTH x8 ports, 4 PCIe x4 or 2 PCIe x8 ports and up to 48 GPIOs. An 1000BASE-T port, a RS-232 port and an USB 2.0 port are available on the front panel.

The IC-FEP-VPX6b comes with UBoot firmware and supports Linux and VxWorks 7.0.

The board is available in six different environment classes from standard (0°C to 55°C), extended temperature (-20°C to +65°C), rugged (-40°C to +75°C), (-40°C bis +85°C) and conduction-cooled (-40°C to +71°C), (-40°C bis +85°).
