3U VPX CPU Board with Intel Xeon 11 Gen. Processor with up to 64 GB RAM, Gigabit Ethernet and Graphics Interface

3U VPX CPU board with an 8-core 2.6 GHz Intel Xeon W-11865MRE processor or a 6-core 2.6 GHz Intel Xeon W-11555MRE processor and up to 64 GB DDR4 ECC SDRAM. The board has a boot flash memory.

The IC-INT-VPX3k CPU board offers two Gigabit Ethernet ports, an Intel® Xe graphics engine with one video DisplayPort, one M.2 2242 SSD slot, 16 PCIe lanes (1 x16, 2 x8 or 2 x4 and 1 x8), one PCIe x4 Gen3 port, 4 SATA ports or one additional PCIe x4 Gen3 port, one RS-232 serial port, 2 USB 2.0 ports and 4 GPIO ports. In addition, there are two console ports (one mini USB and one RS-232 console port).

The IC-INT-VPX3k VPX board is delivered with the IC SDK Linux. For other operating systems like VxWorks and Windows please contact us.

The board is available in six versions. There is a standard 0°C to 55°C version, -20°C to +65°C, -40°C to +75°C rugged, -40°C to +85°C rugged, -40°C to +71°C conduction-cooled and -40°C to +85°C conduction-cooled operating temperature ranges.
