Zynq™ UltraScale+ FPGA Module with 4 1000Base-X Ethernet Ports

XMC module with an AMD Zynq™ Ultrascale+™ ZU4CG MultiProcessor SoC. The MPSoC combines a 64-bit quad-core or dual-core Arm® Cortex®-A53, a dual-core Arm® Cortex®-R5F based Processing System (PS) and an UltraScale Programmable Logic (PL). The IC-MPS-XMCa from INTERFACE CONCEPT with 2GB DDR4 SDRAM and two 128MB SPI Boot Flash is an ideal solution to expand the communication capacity and computing power of a carrier board.

The IC-MPS-XMCa offers 4 Gigabit Ethernet front panel ports, one USB-C front panel port as well as two RS232/422 ports, a CANbus interface, two USB 2.0 ports and 12 GPIO ports via the rear I/O XMC connector.

The FPGA module is available in six versions. There is a standard 0°C to 55°C version, -20°C to +65°C, -40°C to +75°C rugged, -40°C to +85°C rugged, -40°C to +71°C conduction-cooled and -40°C to +85°C conduction-cooled operating temperature ranges.
