Rugged GPGPU Mission Computer with MIL-DTL-38999 Avionic Interfaces

Rugged GPGPU mission computer with MIL-DTL-38999 avionic interfaces and 3G-SDI video capture capabilities. The rugged and powerful IP65-compliant MAG4C PRO mission computer is designed for applications with high demands of GPGPU computing, AI processing, deep learning and H.265/H.264 encoding and decoding applications. The VPX-based mission computer features robust cooling and meets MIL-STD-810/MIL-STD-461 and RTCA/DO-160G specifications, making it ideal for use in critical environments. The MAG4C PRO series has an 8-core Intel® Xeon® W-11865MRE processor with 32GB DDR4 ECC RAM. For video processing, the system has an Nvidia Ampere RTX A2000 GPU with 2560 CUDA cores and 8GB GDDR6 RAM, which provides three 3G-SDI outputs, three 3G-SDI inputs and one VGA output. The MAG4C PRO has 4 Gigabit LAN ports, 12 ARINC429 configurable TX/RX channels, 2 MIL-STD-1553 channels, 2 USB 3.0 ports, 3 USB 2.0 ports, 8 serial ports, 2 audio stereo inputs, one audio stereo output and 6 discrete isolated I/Os. A RS232 port and a LAN port are available for maintenance. A 64 GB SATA onboard SSD and an internal 2.5” SATA SSD with Secure ERASE functionality are also available. The I/O interfaces are available via 4 MIL-DTL-38999 military circular connectors and 2 USB 3.0 Type-A circular connectors.

The MAG4C PRO operates with a standard power supply of +28Vdc, covering a range of +20V to +36V, and can be extended to an extreme operating range of +16V to +50V. The system has a conduction-cooled architecture, complies with MIL-STD-704F standards and with a 50 ms hold-up time for enhanced reliability during power fluctuations. It is designed for extreme conditions, supports operating temperatures from -40°C to +70°C and is qualified to MIL-STD-810/MIL-STD-461 and RTCA/DO-160G specifications.

The MAG4C PRO supports Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Windows 10 and Linux.
