2 Chanel 14-bit 200 MS/s PXI Express Digitizer

14-bit AD converter with 2 single-ended inputs. Each input channel of the ADLINK PXIe-9852 PXI Express Digitizer provides up to 200 MS/s sampling rate. The analog inputs, with a bandwidth of 90 MHz and a software selectable 50Ω or 1MΩ input impedance, are designed to receive ±0.2 V, ±2 V, or ±10 V high-speed signals. The PXIe-9852 can manage simultaneous 2-channel data streaming with a PCI Express bus interface and 1GB onboard memory. Based on PCIe Gen2 technology, data can be transmitted on both channels at the maximum data rate (200 MS/s) and continuously transfer data to the host PC at up to 800 MB/s. The two analog inputs, the SMA connector for an external trigger input (TRG IN), the SMA connector for an external trigger output (TRG OUT), and the SMA connector for external 40 MHz to 200 MHz sampling clock (CLK IN) and external 10 MHz or 100 MHz reference clock are provided on the front panel.

Each PXIe-9852 provides onboard signal averaging, which enables detection of small, repetitive signals in noisy environments without CPU loading and is suitable for applications where small signals must be extracted from background noise, such as fiber optic testing. In addition, the PXIe-9852 offers both high accuracy and high dynamic range, making it ideal for applications that require high-speed data acquisition, such as fiber optic and LIDAR testing and video signal analysis.
