VPX3-TL 3U conduction cooled VPX CPU Board with Intel Xeon W Processor, 32GB RAM and XMC Slot

3U VPX conduction cooled CPU board with an Intel® Xeon® W-11865MRE processor and Intel® RM590E controller. The board has up to 32GB of soldered DDR4-2666 ECC SDRAM.

ADLINK's VPX3-TL provides a XMC slot with PCIe x8 Gen3, one DisplayPort with up to 8K resolution, one 2.5GBASE-T and two 10GBASE-KR ports, one SATA 6 Gbit/s port, one RS-232 port, one RS-232/422/485 port, one maintenance RS-232 port, three USB ports, 4 GPIO ports, two PCIe x4 ports and optional one PCIe x8 port. In addition one M.2 2242 slot for NVMe and SSDs as well as one XMC slot with PCIe x8 Gen3 are available.

The board is aligned with the SOSA (Sensor Open Systems Architecture) technical standard. The SOSA (Sensor Open Systems Architecture) consortium is a voluntary, consensus-based membership consortium of the Open Group, a vendor-neutral technology standards organization that develops an open technical standard for sensors.

The board is supported by Microsoft Windows and Linux.
