Zynq™ UltraScale+ FPGA-Modul mit 4 1000Base-X Ethernet Ports

XMC-Modul mit einem AMD Zynq™ Ultrascale+™ ZU4CG MultiProzessor-SoC. Der MPSoC kombiniert einen 64-Bit Quad-Core oder Dual-Core Arm® Cortex®-A53, ein Dual-Core Arm® Cortex®-R5F basiertes Processing System (PS) und eine UltraScale Programmable Logic (PL). Das IC-MPS-XMCa von INTERFACE CONCEPT mit 2GB DDR4 SDRAM und zwei 128MB SPI Boot Flash ist eine ideale Lösung, um die Kommunikationskapazität und die Rechenleistung eines Carrier-Boards zu erweitern.

Das IC-MPS-XMCa bietet 4 Gigabit Ethernet Ports und einen USB-C Port auf der Frontplatte sowie 2 RS232/422 Ports, eine CANbus Schnittstelle, 2 USB 2.0 Ports und 12 GPIO Ports über den Rear-I/O XMC-Stecker.

Das FPGA-Modul steht in sechs Ausführungen zur Verfügung. Es gibt eine Standardausführung mit 0°C bis 55°C, Ausführungen mit -20°C bis +65°C, -40°C bis +75°C rugged, -40°C bis +85°C rugged, -40°C bis +71°C conduction-cooled und -40°C bis +85°C conduction-cooled Betriebstemperaturbereich.
